Renovate a master bathroom

Our client reached out to us because they want to renovate their master bathroom. The rest of their house was renovated a few years back, and the bathroom is just the last piece of the puzzle.
Our client knew they wanted certain elements included, like the removal of the corner Jacuzzi tub an replacement with a free standing soaking tub, enlarged shower for two with dual shower heads, light white oak dual sink vanity with seated makeup station in the middle, and overall an update to the molding and flooring.
We began with developing inspiration photos to match the ask from our client, and start to fill in the gaps in the design. We then used 3D rendering software to show the proposed bath remodel.
REMODEL DESIGN DETAILS
The shower is enlarged to 79x40 with white subway tiles and a dark grey grout. Shower floor pan is black with stone slate texture and curb-less; meaning that there is no threshold to step over. Custom glass frameless shower enclosure brings a clean and modern aesthetic to this bathroom remodel.
Two shower heads, one on the wall and one from the ceiling as a rain shower head, are implemented along with an adjustable height, hand held wand. All controls are reachable from the doorway so you don't get blasted with that first hit of cold water.
Custom foot rest for shaving, and three soap and bottle shelves made from real stone slate are integrated into the corner of the shower.

Soaking Tub details
A 66" large soaking tub is implemented into the design, with a floor mounted tub filler and integrated hand held wand.
A wall mounded grab bar for getting into and out of the tub safely, along with robe and towel hooks, are located on the wall nearby.
The windows are framed with custom craftsman style molding, simple and elegant and consistent with the remainder of the house's style.
