Custom Pond, Seating patio, and front garden

— 2012 - Small but Mighty Cute —

This was a great little project way back in 2012!

A cute college park home needed a little face lift, but the house it self was in good condition. The owner was an aficionado of gardens, ponds, plants, and flowers, and loved to have their morning coffee outside.


We designed and built a custom pond, low maintenance bio-filtration, waterfall, and a patio seating area framed in by a rock wall and surrounding gardens. 


Both sides of this cute College Park home's front stoop were landscaped by us, and both our client, and their neighbors, just love it!

Beautiful, Functional, & Serene Privacy in a Dense Suburban Neighborhood

Designing this space with beauty and usability for the client was key. The space is small, but with proper landscaping it is mighty. A beautiful place for morning reading the newspaper with morning coffee.
