Replacing a custom Bathroom vanity after a water leak

Our client reached out to us regarding repairs after a water leak in a pipe in their elderly mother's master vanity. The vanity was 50 years old, but custom built for the compact master bathroom with a low threshold walk in shower. Our client wanted to avoid the time and expense of a custom vanity rebuild, so we quickly found a solution that fit the bathroom and looked elegant and got this master bathroom back in order.

The little things matter

Replacing a custom vanity with something that isn't custom can sometimes be a challenge. This solution actually worked out better, as the original vanity had a baseboard heater inside of it, which is a major fire hazard in today's standards. We restored this bathroom quickly to a functional and elegant bathroom for this family.
